Returns & Payments Policy

Only products without initials can be returned. To be eligible for a return, the item must be complete, new, unused, and free from any marks or dirt.

How to make a return

To request a return, please send an email to hello@lewoodesign.pl, stating that you would like to return your item and including your order number. We will contact you and guide you through the next steps.

Return period

The item must be shipped back within 14 days from the date you received your package.

Return shipping costs

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

How long does the return and refund process take?

The return process begins once your package is opened and inspected by our team. Refunds are issued within 14 days from that moment. You will receive an update about your return via email or phone.

Does the item need to be in the original packaging?
