LeWooDesign is an online store offering handmade leather goods. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

3. Using Our Website

To shop at LeWooDesign, you need:

  • Internet access

  • A modern browser supporting JavaScript and cookies

  • An active email address


4. Orders & Pricing

  • All product prices include VAT.

  • The final order total includes product price + shipping cost.

  • Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it.

  • An order is placed once you confirm it and accept these Terms.

  • You may shop with or without creating an account.


5. Payments

We accept:

  • Bank transfer

  • PayU

  • Cash on delivery (Poland only)

Orders paid upfront must be paid within 5 business days.


6. Order Processing & Shipping

  • We ship only within Poland (for now).

  • Orders are processed according to the time shown on each product page.

  • If you buy multiple items, the order ships when all items are ready.

  • Delivery options: courier or InPost parcel locker.

  • Personal pickup is available at our studio.


7. Returns (14 Days)

Consumers may return products within 14 days of receiving the order.

To start a return, email us at hello@lewoodesign.pl.

Refunds:

  • Issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunded using the same payment method.

  • You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • You are responsible for any decrease in product value caused by use.


8. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom‑made items

  • Personalized items (e.g., initials)

  • Items opened for hygiene reasons

  • Items that cannot be returned by standard mail

  • Digital content delivered immediately with your consent


9. Complaints

If a product is defective, you may request:

  • Price reduction

  • Contract cancellation (for major defects)

  • Replacement

  • Repair

Complaints should be sent to hello@lewoodesign.pl. We respond within 14 days.


10. Personal Data

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.


11. Legal Notes

  • You must not submit unlawful content.

  • Each order is a separate sales contract.

  • Contracts are governed by Polish law.

  • Consumer rights are fully protected.
