How long does order processing take?

Because every item is handmade, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the moment the order is placed. In most cases, we ship your package within two business days after receiving the payment.

Where can I see your bags in person?

At the moment, we don’t have a showroom and we don’t sell our products in physical stores. If you have any questions about our bags, we’re always happy to help.

We record many videos and host live streams — feel free to join and ask anything! We often send additional photos or videos in private messages if you need more details.

Returns

Only products without initials can be returned. To be eligible for a return, the item must be complete, new, unused, and free from any marks or dirt.

How much time do I have to return an item?

You must send the item back within 14 days from the date you received the package.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
